Spring renewal, Spring primroses-

This week's Lent exercise was to go out looking for signs of renewal- new buds on trees, crocuses -new but not totally new for they come out of the old, the buds and trees which were already there.

And there they were -the primroses. At a distance I had assumed they were some more aconites. The purple crocuses have been amazing this week but these primroses among the leaves are a delight and I went for my camera.

Then I remembered the rest of our instructions-Pray as you walk, offering yourself to God-Ask God to bring new growth--Be open to where this may lead you--.
