Beware of LINKS and BLOGS

I have to get a grip on all this blogging. Even without other blogs to read I can lose hours following up interesting looking links. I went to look at the BBC -my home page- for weather or something and got diverted to their quiz game. Apparently this is on their 'Magazine' which I'd not heard of so I tried it. Got 2 correct out of 7 by luck There was only 1 I actually knew the answer to- what do I know about Spice girls-I ask you!

Having got involved in reading up on the Church and other weighty matters I started reading an extraordinary book by Edward Norman on 'Anglican Difficulties' in which he is very forthright in saying that the Church of England has had it; in fact it is not he says a church really just a religious society. I spent some time today reading up on who he is and downloading various speaches and interviews; wasn't too surprised that he is an ecclesiological historian and jumped ship into the Catholic church after the book was published.

Then I start on reading other blogs and thinking about adding a comment. It was when I found myself downloading software for iTunes to hear something on some US Pastor's blog that I decided 'this has got to stop!' So I cancelled ITines (must check it has gone)
